营造舆论氛围发展民营经济

民营经济是我国国民经济重要组成部分，是新的经济增长族，是市场经济的主体。民营经济的发展，对解决城镇居民就业，增加财政收入，活跃城乡市场，提高人民生活水平等方面都起着十分重要的作用，然而，我国广大的中西部地区民营经济发展的相对滞后，其根本原因在于对民营经济发展的重要性认识不够。因此，当前亟需解决的问题是解放思想，与时俱进，营造良好的舆论氛围，正确认识民营经济的重要作用；加快转变政府职能，积极扶持和支持民营经济的发展；修改完善民营经济有关法律法规，保障民营经济健康快速地发展。

To Build a Good Air of Public Opinion To Develop Private Economy

Private economy is an important part of the national economy in China. It is the major body of the market economy. The private economy has made outstanding contributions to the employment of urban citizens, increase of financial revenue, enlivening the market and the improvement of people's living standards. However, the relatively backward development of private economy in the middle and western area results from that people do not pay much attention to the development of private economy. Therefore, it is of great im- portance to emancipate our minds and build a good air of public opinion for the correct recognition of private economy. The governments should transfer their functions to actively support the development of private e- conomy. Laws and regulations on private economy should be revised and perfected to ensure the steady and sound development of private economy.
