Design of Multi-attribute Reverse Auction Procurement Mechanism

The change of global market environment to the buyer′s market creates the conditions for enterprise using re- verse auction mechanism to procurement. Multi - attribute reverse auction mechanism is one of the mechanisms widely used in the procurement auction. The paper designs a multi - attribute reverse auction mechanism based on fuzzy evaluation under the conditions that costs of suppliers and effectiveness of buyers have additive property features. At last,the paper sets each attribute weight value class as average marginal cost that supply industry provides the attribute,then it finds that the mechanism is a better incentive compatible mechanism.
