论中国“农民工”的特殊性

不公正的二元制度决定了当代中国农民工在身份、社会经济地位和未来发展前途上的特殊性。从身份看，农民工是国家将国民划分为城乡两种身份、并实施不同待遇的结果；从社会经济地位看，“农民工”是对农民“低贱”地位的继承和延续，具有制度锁定性；从发展前途看，农民工的未来令人堪忧。要改变这一现状，就必须对二元制度以彻底改革，以“制度公正、国民平等”为主旨，加快推进农民工市民化进程。

On the Discussion of the Specificity of the Migrant Workers in China

The unjust binary system determines the specificity of the modern migrant workers in China in identity , social and economic status and their developing prospects .Looking from the identity , migrant workers are the result of China dividing its people into two parts---urban residents and rural redidents , and inequitable treatment .Looking from the social and economic status , migrant workers inherit the lowly status of peasants .And as a result , there is institutional constraint .Looking from the developing pros-pects , the future of the migrant workers is worrying .In order to change this condition , we must make fair institutions and equal national as the idea and reform this system thoroughly .Only doing these , can we accelerate the process of civilianizing the rural migrants .
