城市物流配送模式选择研究

城市物流配送体系直接决定着城市物流业的发展。城市物流配送模式的选择已成为我国城市物流配送发展中较为突出的问题之一,文中针对当前我国城市物流配送存在的问题,进行深入分析研究,提出了目前我国城市物流配送模式的选择思路。我国城市物流配送模式发展的主要趋势是协同配送,中小企业为了增强核心竞争能力应选择外包配送,实力雄厚的大型企业可以选择自营或综合配送。

Study on the City Logistics Distribution Model

The logistics distribution system will directly decide the development of a city logistics industry.The choice about the city distribution model has become one of the obvious problems in China.This paper concludes that the main trend of China's city logistics distribution model is cooperating distribution.The small and medium sized enterprises should choose the logistics outsourcing model,and big enterprises can choose the self-operating and synthesis distribution model.
