| Abstract: | This article prooves that"democracy is the sign of political civilization"beginning with concept of political civilization by on three levels.First,democracy is the trend of the political civilization's development.Expound democracy is not still,it always suits human's history development to definite phase.Second,democracy can uses the useful achievement of humanity for reference.Expound countries must learn political civilization's speciality and generality correctly first,and then according to their own national conditions,assimilate useful factor selectively,thereby promoting society development.Third,democracy not only can display socialistic superiority,but also can ensure socialistic economical foundation's cement and development. |
