| 摘 要： | 本文在研究欠发达地区经济跨越式技术创新必备条件的基础上,对陕西进行跨越式技术创新所拥有的现实基础做了分析,文章指出陕西跨越式技术创新切入点的现实选择是建立企业为中心的技术创新体系、大力发展高新技术产业培育技术集群和以信息化带动工业化。
