| 摘 要： | 随着创业市场的推出 ,场内集中竞价将作为我国创业板市场的交易方式 ,但在国际上 ,做市商制度逐渐成为创业板市场交易机制的主流 ,在我国 ,随着创业板运作日益完善以及相关法律制度日益健全 ,引入做市商制度将成为必然的选择。

However, market maker system is becoming the mainstream of this mechanism internationally. In china, it is necessary to introdnce this system with the market being gradually optimse and legal system perfected. |
