| Abstract: | MBO is a kind of leverage buyout behavior and is also a kind of way of enterprise purchase prevailed in American-European countries in 1970s. There are many kinds of modes during our country's practice in recent years. What's more, because the special background of our country, it shows the characteristics different from western developed countries. This paper discusses the necessity of MBO, talks about the conceptual design and mode of MBO, analyses the questions existing in the MBO, and puts forward effective advise. |
