阿仑磷酸钠片联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗骨质疏松症患者的药物经济学评价

目的探讨阿仑磷酸钠片联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗骨质疏松症的成本-效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年2月于阜新市中医医院骨伤科治疗的138例骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组69例。对照组给予阿仑磷酸钠片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用唑来膦酸注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果,并进行成本-效果分析。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.10%,显著高于对照组的75.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者腰椎骨、股骨颈和Ward’s三角区骨密度水平显著提高(P<0.05),血清Ca2+、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、降钙素(HCT)水平显著提高(P<0.05),成本-效果比提高(P<0.05),不良反应发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论阿仑磷酸钠片联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗可明显提高骨质疏松症患者疗效,调节骨密度,有助于骨代谢指标恢复,但其成本也较高。

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Alendronate Sodium Tablets Combined With Zoledronic Acid Injection in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

Objective To investigate cost-effectiveness of alendronate sodium tablets combined with zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 138 patients with osteoporosis treated in Orthopedics Two Ward of Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fuxin from December 2016 to February 2018 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets and the observation group was given zoledronic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared and cost-effectiveness analysis was performed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.10%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae,femoral neck and Ward’s triangle were significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05),and serum Ca2+,ALP,HCT levels were significantly increased(P<0.05);cost effects were significantly increased(P<0.05);the ratio of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alendronate sodium tablets and zoledronic acid injection can significantly improve the therapeutic effects of osteoporosis patients,regulate bone density,and help bone metabolism index recovery,but the cost is comparatively high.
