| Abstract: | Boosting reform of the system of property rights for collective economic organizations in rural areas is an important measure to strengthen the collective economy and consolidate the Party＇s governing position in rural areas.It is also an institutional innovation in safeguarding farmers＇ legal rights and interests and accelerating construction of the Party conduct and clean government.It is an effective guarantee for increasing farmers＇ income continuously and building a harmonious rural society,too. |
