| 摘 要： | 行业结构学派认为,企业业绩决定于企业所在行业的盈利潜力,行业结构是企业业绩的主要决定因素。与此相反,战略资源论认为,企业自身拥有的资源与能力才是企业业绩的主要决定因素。实证研究表明,在我国,虽然行业结构对企业业绩具有重要影响,但在一些行业,企业的资源与能力对企业业绩的影响要比行业因素更大。

| Abstract: | Industrial-structurers hold that the performance of an enterprise is dependent on the earning potential of the industry it happens to belong to, while strategic-resourcers, on the contrary, argue that the resources and the capacity of the enterprise are the determinant factors. Empirical researches reveal that, although in China, industrial structure may have an important influence on an individual firm's performance, the resources and the capacity of the enterprise have a even greater impact of firm's performance. |
