| 摘 要： | 产业集群影响区域产业结构调整体现在主导产业选择、主导产业兴衰等方面.基于集群视角的区域产业结构调整的形式表现为产业价值链的整合.具体有两种模式:一是依靠内部集群动力机制,整合集群价值链;另一种是依靠外部力量,嵌入外部价值链(外资和域外资本)来调整产业结构.为此,要通过完善产业集群治理机制,加快区域产业结构调整.

| Abstract: | The influences of industry clusters on regional industrial structure include the choice of the leading industry,the rise and the decline of the leading industry.In view of clusters,the representation of adjusting regional industrial structure is the adjustment of value chain,including two patterns: one is to adjust the value chain on the strength of the inner motive mechanism of clusters,the other is to implant the external value chain to adjust regional industrial structure on the strength of external force.For this reason,the governance mechanism of industry clusters should be improved to accelerate adjustment of regional industrial structure. |
