| 摘 要： | 湖南依托自身农业科技特色,不断创新农业科技成果转化模式,促进了科技成果转化率和农业科技水平。但是,现有转化模式还面临一定制约因素,应该进一步改革农业科技管理体制、完善农业科技服务体系、健全利益分配机制、拓展农业投资渠道,促进农业科技成果转化。

| Abstract: | Based the features of agriculture science and technology, the modes of transformation are innovated in Hunan Province, then the percent conversion and the level of science and technology is significantly improved. However, there are some restraining factors in transformation. Then, a number of proposals are made such as reformation of agricultural science and technology management, perfecting service system of agricultural, improving spreading system, rationalizing the relations of income distribution, expanding investment channels, etc. |
