| Abstract: | The compliance risk management is not only the focus of regulatory authorities but also an inherent requirement and basis to safe operation for commercial banks.Advanced international banks have attached great importance to compliance risk management.In China,however,weak compliance risk management,imperfect internal control mechanism,and nonstandard operations are still common.The paper describes the current situation of compliance risk management in Chinese commercial bank branches,analyzes evident and severe problems,and finally puts forward recommendations on further development. |
