| 摘 要： | 对于中小型房地产中介企业而言，建立完善的电子商务应用系统需要的巨大投入阻碍了电子商务在这些表现活跃的房地产交易中坚力量中的发展，其中大多数仅停留在信息发布平台的层面。而大型房地产企业因为资金和实力相对雄厚，所以能够建立起完善的B2B或B2C型电子商务，在引入电子商务改造业务流程和供应链的实践中较为成功。本文旨在探讨一种将政府、大型房地产商、中小型房地产经纪机构和客户有机整合的新型房地产电子商务模式，让中小型房地产经纪机构也能充分利用电子商务提升服务和竞争能力。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the construction of the E-Commerce platform for those medium and pint-sized real estate agencies. Considering their own characters and the status quo of the application of E-commerce in the real estate industry, we promote a model of combining the local government, large-scaled real estate enterprises and the medium and pint-sized real estate agencies to develop a E-Commerce platform together. |
