| 摘 要： | 高校预算管理是高校财务管理的中心工作,其好坏将直接关系到高校各项工作计划的完成情况,直接影响到高等学校各项资金的使用效益.本文分析了目前高校预算管理存在的预算管理意识淡薄、预算编制不完整、预算管理缺乏刚性、预算管理激励与约束机制不力等主要问题,提出了强化预算管理意识、加强科学预算建立和完善预算管理制度、创新高校预算管理模式等加强高校预算管理的几点对策.

| Abstract: | College budgetary management is a pivotal task of college financial management, directly influencing the result of various planned targets and capital efficiency. This paper is to broach the exisent issues of weak consiousness of budgetary management, incomplete budgetary compilation, absent budgetary rigidity, slack management mechanism of stimulus and refrain etc. Several countermeasures are proposed to solve the above issues respectively. |
