安徽省战略性新兴产业发展空间极化研究

战略性新兴产业的发展程度不仅体现地方产业发展水平，而且体现地方科技创新能力。协调地方间的战略性新兴产业发展对于整个区域的经济和社会发展具有重要意义。以安徽省战略性新兴产业作为研究对象，探索安徽省战略性新兴产业在发展过程的极化效应。通过计算TW指数、极化度变化速率，以及产业集中度，对2013—2019年战略性新兴产业发展的空间极化趋势进行研究。结果表明，安徽省战略性新兴产业的空间极化在2003—2019年呈明显的交替性上升下降现象，整体有下降趋势并趋于平稳，但整体上产业集中度仍在较高水平。根据结果分析，提出实现安徽省各城市间战略性新兴产业协调发展的若干建议。

Research on Spatial Polarization of Strategic Emerging Industries in Anhui Province

The development degree of strategic emerging industries not only reflects the development level of local industries, but also reflects the ability of local scientific and technological innovation. Coordinating the development of strategic emerging industries among regions is of great significance for the economic and social development of the whole region. Taking Anhui strategic emerging industries as the research object, the polarization effect is explored of Anhui strategic emerging industries in the development process. By calculating TW index, polarization change rate and industrial concentration, the spatial polarization trend is studied of strategic emerging industries from 2013 to 2019. The results show that: the spatial polarization of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province shows an obvious alternating upward and downward phenomenon from 2003 to 2019, and the overall trend is downward and tends to be stable, but the overall industrial concentration is still at a high level. According to the results and analysis,some suggestions are put forward to realize the coordinated development of strategic emerging industries among cities in Anhui Province.
