基于熵值法的云南省养老地产开发适宜度研究

针对不同地区养老地产开发适宜度不同的问题，根据影响养老地产开发各项指标因素，构建包含社会环境、经济环境、卫生环境的养老地产适宜度评价体系。运用熵值法对云南省16个地级市的养老地产开发适宜度进行分析，总结出养老地产适宜开发城市分类表，并归纳分类为养老地产适宜开发城市、较适宜开发城市和潜在适宜开发城市。该研究对云南省内养老地产的开发适宜城市进行了合理、规范的分析归纳，研究结果具有良好的参考性，能够提供更加科学、高效的理论依据。

Research on the Suitability of Senior Housing Development in Yunnan Province Based on Entropy Method

Aiming at the different problems of the suitability of senior housing development in different regions, a senior housing suitability evaluation system was constructed which includes social environment, economic environment, and sanitary environment according to various indicators that affect the development of senior housing real estate. The entropy method was used to analyze the development suitability of senior care real estate in 16 prefecture-level cities in Yunnan Province, and the classification table of suitable development cities for senior care real estate was summarized and classified into suitable development cities, more suitable development cities and potential suitable development cities. The research carries out a reasonable and standardized analysis of the suitable cities for the development of senior care real estate in Yunnan Province. The research results have good reference and can provide a more scientific and efficient theoretical basis.
