重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济的协调性评价

目的]对重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济的协调性进行评价,了解重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济协调发展程度。方法]基于鲍尔丁系统学原理,通过区域协调理论中协调度模型的构建,以重庆市农业发展8个典型区域为研究对象,对重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济的协调性进行评价。结果]当前重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济协调性总体处在中级协调发展阶段,在农业资源环境保护方面,相较而言比较滞后;重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济发展协调性表现出突出地域差异,其中双桥区协调发展度最高,属于良好协调发展类,石柱县、城口县、酉阳县协调发展度较低,还处于初级协调发展类;除城口县外,研究对象中其他地区协调发展度均在农业资源环境保护方面相对滞后。结论]重庆市农业资源环境与区域经济发展整体上处于中级协调发展水平,且资源环境保护相对滞后,重庆市应提高对农业资源环境与区域经济发展协调性的重视,积极推进两者协调发展。

THE COORDINATION EVALUATION ON AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES ENVIRONMENT AND REGIONAL ECONOMY IN CHONGQING

This paper evaluated the coordination of agricultural resources environment and regional economy in 8 typical regions of Chongqing to understand the coordinated development of agricultural resources and environment and regional economy in Chongqing. Based on the Boulding principle, it constructed a regional coordination model based scheduling model theory. The results showed that the overall coordination between agricultural resource environment and regional economic was in the intermediate stage of development. The agricultural resources and environmental protection were relatively lags behind. The coordination showed prominent regional differences, the highest degree of coordinated development was in Shuangqiao District, where belonged to the good coordination development class. The coordinated development degree in Shizhu county, Chengkou county, Youyang county was low and still in the primary development. Except Chengkou county, the coordinated development of the agricultural resources and environmental protection in other regions was lagging behind. Therefore, Chongqing should pay more attention to coordinate the agricultural resources and environment and regional economic development, and actively promote the coordinated development.
