| 摘 要： | 如何引导学生开展职业生涯规划、提高学生就业竞争力,已成为高校职业生涯教育重要课题,但目前也存在着目标不清、定位不准等问题。通过调查发现,要提高职业生涯教育功效,需要明辨大学生职业生涯教育目标,构建以专业思想辨析、学习目标定位、成才目标指导和就业目标选择为主体的职业生涯教育体系。
