| 摘 要： | 2006年思想政治理论课新的课改方案实施之后,由于许多高等院校思想道德修养与法律基础课师资不足、教师转岗而造成教师的专业隔阂,加之传统班级授课制的固有缺陷,深刻影响思想道德修养与法律基础课教学效果。笔者认为,在该课程教学中引入团队授课法可以有效地解决以上问题,强化教学效果。
