| Abstract: | The environment public welfare litigation system still is a blank in the litigation law and environmental protection law in China. This study analyzes the necessity and possibility of environment public welfare litigation based on the litigation theories and practices. A concrete model of environment public welfare litigation is discussed and some notices for its implementation are proposedimplementation are proposed. |
