两岸金融合作的现实基础与分阶段推进战略构想

台湾作为高度对外依赖的小型经济体,要更好地参与国际分工,获得长期可持续发展,必须加强与祖国大陆经济联系。从长期看,未来两岸关系发展将经历从对立到经济趋同再走向一体化的过程。本文认为,两岸金融合作将呈现阶段性特征,不同阶段有着不同约束条件和拓展思路。

Foundations,Stages of and Strategies for Cross-Strait Financial Cooperation

Taiwan area,as a mini open economy whose developments highly depend on international trades and transnational investments,has to strengthen its economic and financial ties with mainland to help itself get sustainable growth and better status in international division.Thus,in the long run,the relationship across the straits would be improved step by step from opposition to convergence and fianly to integration.And the financial cooperation between mainland and Taiwan area,facing different constraints in different stages,needs different strategies.
