构建和谐城乡金融体系研究

本文试图从金融发展水平、金融结构和金融功能这三个视角,分别从微观的角度分析农村的金融机构、从中观的角度考察金融功能发挥的情况,着重分析当前农村地区金融发展中贷款功能的发挥情况、利用金融发展水平指标(如金融相关率,FIR),从宏观层面度量农村金融发展水平,对中国农村金融状况作出更加全面的分析,有针对性地提出构建和谐城乡金融体系的对策措施.

Research on the Problem of Constructing Harmonious Financial System in Rural and Urban Areas

From three viewpoints of financial development level,financial organization and financial function,this paper attempts to analyze financial organization in rural areas from micro-view point,check the condition of exertion of financial function from medium-view point,analyzing mainly the exertion condition of the loan's function in financial development in rural areas,using the guideline of financial development level(for example,FIR),measures financial development level of the rural areas from macro-view,make more comprehensive analyze of financial condition of the rural areas in China,proposing on focus the measurement of constructing harmonious financial system in rural and urban areas.
