| 摘 要： | 在农村土地流转中,如何保护农民的土地权利和利益关系到陇东地区农民生活质量的提高和农村社会的稳定。本文主要分析了陇东地区农村土地流转中农民享有的基本权利以及权利受损的状况,提出保护陇东地区农村土地流转中农民利益的措施。
