| 摘 要： | 本文从实证的角度研究了贸易条件和国内粮食价格保护机制对1986-2008年中国粮食价格波动的影响,并应用名义保护率(NRP)、反贸易偏好(ATB)分析了期间中国农业保护水平。研究结果表明:贸易条件和国内价格保护政策在中国2001年加入WTO年前后对国内粮食价格变化有着显著不同的作用;中国粮食保护水平同样呈现出两阶段不同的保护特点。国内的粮食价格保护政策消除了由于贸易条件变化带来的国内粮食价格的波动,保持了粮食价格的稳定。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical study of the effects of terms of trade and protection mechanism of food prices on the fluctuations of food prices from 1986 to 2008,and also analyzes the agricultural protection level in China during the sample period by using nominal rate of protection and anti-trade bias.The results show that the terms of trade and domestic prices protection policies have different effects on the fluctuations of food prices before and after China's entry into WTO,and the food protection level... |
