| 摘 要： | 人力资本在经济发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用。本文从人力资本基本含义出发,通过建立经济计量模型,运用协整分析方法,揭示出人力资本与经济增长之间有长期均衡关系,得出人力资本投入对新疆经济持续增长具有重要意义。
