| 摘 要： | 在分析北京市高速公路建设现状及面临挑战的基础上,从确定高速公路合理规模和主要布局方向两个方面分析了北京市高速公路建设需求,明确了"十二五"期间北京市高速公路布局目标及原则。在此基础上,提出了"十二五"期间北京市高速公路布局规划及实施方案建议,以达到高速公路布局更加合理高效、推进高速公路建设进程、促进社会经济发展的目的。
