| 摘 要： | 高职物流管理专业的实训体系,应按照高职物流专业学生的职业能力形成规律,形成独具特色的"学、岗、就"三态递进的实训模式来进行设计,该体系主要由实训制度体系、实训保障体系和实训内容体系等三部分构成。

| Abstract: | The paper argues that the productive training system of higher vocational logistics management education should follow the competence formation pattern of the students and create a study-work-employment three-step progress model which consists of the productive training regulation subsystem,the productive training support subysystem and the productive training content subsystem. |
