| Abstract: | The paper first introduces in detail the construction of lean logistics management system in tobacco industry,analyzes the concept of lean logistics as well as the main content and conditions of implementation of tobacco industry lean logistics sysem and finally formulates a model for the lean logistics managementy of tobacco industry that is multi-layered,multi-modular and continuously and circularly improving. |
