| 摘 要： | 在文献综述的基础上,分析了零件供应商角度供应链合作伙伴关系满意度的影响因素,建立了零件供应商角度的影响因素与关系满意度之间的概念模型。以调查问卷的数据为基础,运用结构方程软件AMOS对概念模型进行验证,并得出了影响因素对满意度的效应。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a literature review,the paper analyzes the factors influencing SCP relationship satisfaction from the perspective of spare parts suppliers and formulates a conceptual model between the factors and the relationship satisfaction.Then using questionnaire survey,the paper employs the SEM software AMOS to verify the model and yield the effect of each factor upon the relationship satisfaction. |
