| Abstract: | The paper proposes a multi-layered multi-dimensional ABC classification scheme to reduce the inventory level at after-sales service centers and offers different inventory strategies for different types of spare parts.Then it puts forth an optimization method for the forecasting of fast-moving parts as well as a construction proposal for the dead stock information sharing platform. |
