基于高精度车身管理、设计和制造工艺的优化研究

摘    要:近年来,面对错综复杂、日益激烈的竞争汽车市场环境,汽车行业对车身的要求越来越高,本文主要研究了汽车车身从点变革到点面结合的精度管理、应用CAE技术进行模面设计、快速成形性分析、精密分析和回弹计算技术分析、回弹补偿技术分析等。结合热冲压成形方式来改善高强钢板回弹问题,制作高精度的焊接夹具,建立从单品到白车身CP值管理体系,为实现高精度车身和制造高品质的汽车夯实了基础。

Optimization studies based on high-precision body management,design and manufacturing process optimization studies

Abstract:In recent years, in the face of complex and increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market environment, automotive industry have become increasingly demanding on the body. This paper studies the auto body changes from the point to the entire areas of precision management, application of CAE technology for mold surface design, rapid prototyping analysis, sophisticated analytical and springback calculation of technical analysis, springback compensation technical analysis and so on. By heating the mold and heating plate to improve the problem of springback of strength steel, import high-precision welding fixture, CP value management system built from a single product to the body in white, lay a solid foundation for the realization of high-precision body and manufacture of high-quality vehicles.
