日本行政垄断规制改革及启示

The Reform and Enlightenments of Japan's Administrative Monopoly Regulation

Being a govemnaent - oriented market economy country, Japan obtains detailed regulations on its administration monopoly industry. However, since the 1980s, to adapt itself to the changed internal and external economic circumstances, Japan has reformed the relevant regulations step by step, which was directed to economy freedom. Japanese regulation reform brings about significant enlightenments on Chinese state- owned enterprises, which will improve economy competitiveness and promote the efficiency of Chinese administrative monopoly industries.
