| 摘 要： | 广东经济的整体发展迫切需要提高区域竞争力，而区域竞争力与产业集聚有着重要的关系，产业集聚能够带来行业的规模经济，有助于本区域产业获取竞争优势。但集聚效应的发挥需要其他条件的配套支持。“泛珠三角”概念的提出为广东经济的整体发展提供了全新的操作平台，广东要利用此平台进一步发挥产业集聚的效应，必须对关联因素进行深入分析，以解决好“泛珠三角”区域内各省区之间合作机制问题、区域内的资源整合问题，以及行政壁垒问题。

| Abstract: | Guangdong's overall economic development is largely based on the enhancement of its regional competitiveness in the world, which is closely related to industrial clusters with scale-economy. The paper holds that the conception of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Area provides a manipulative platform for Guangdong's overall economic development, and that an indepth analysis of the relevant factors will help Guangdong to make good use of this platform to exert the influence of its industrial clusters. It also discusses the cooperation mechanism among the provinces, resource integration and administrative barriers within the area. |
