基于网络评论的三亚蜈支洲岛景区发展研究

以三亚蜈支洲岛为例，以携程网用户点评的好评和差评文本为数据来源，应用ROSTCM6软件对文本数据进行词频分析和语义网络关系分析。结果表明，蜈支洲岛在景区活动、景区资源、景区的服务与管理、景区的设施与环境等4个方面存在问题。针对这4个方面的问题，提出完善景区设施优化景区环境、合理定位景区旅游产品的价格、塑造多元的旅游产品满足不同游客的需求、加快服务型人才的培养、加强海洋环境保护等景区发展策略。

Research on the Development of Wuzhizhou Island Scenic Spot in Sanya Based on Internet Reviews

Taking Wuzhizhou Island in Sanya as an example, with the positive and negative comments of Ctrip users as the data source, the ROSTCM6 software is used to analyze the word frequency and semantic network relationship of the text data. The results show that the problems of Wuzhizhou mainly include four aspects: scenic area activities, scenic area resources, scenic area service and management, scenic area facilities and environment. And in view of these four aspects, the strategy for the development of the scenic spot is put forward,including improving scenic facilities and optimize the scenic environment, reasonably locating the price of tourism products in scenic spots,creating a variety of tourism products to meet the needs of different tourists,speeding up the training of service-oriented talents, strengthening marine environmental protection.
