对我国食品安全政府监管机制的思考

目前在我国食品安全的政府监管机制中,监管机构的设置不合理,相关立法不健全,也没有建立起相应的监管机制。近年来,我国食品不安全的问题屡次发生。为了保障食品安全,维护消费者的利益,政府必须设立相应的监管机构,完善食品安全立法,并建立有效的监管机制。

The problem of the food safety frequently has been occured in recent years and the influence is becoming wider.How to ensure the safety of food,enhance the food safety credit of the food producers,and set up food safety supervision system,have became food producer,industry administrator,govermment department and consumer's earnest topic.It has already extremely urgent to set up the food safety Supervision system to suitable for China's actual conditions.
