对“全民创业”的一点思考

当前,随着全国上下聚焦“创业”,各地纷纷呼吁“全民创业”。然而,有关全民创业的理论和实践还存在一系列难题。本文将经济学与管理学相结合,从宏微观两个角度对全民创业进行较深入的思考,指出:离开创业氛围清谈全民创业在中国是不现实的;全民创业并不意味着从个体的角度,任何人在任何时候都适合创业。因此,我们必须进一步研究创业氛围的形成及相应的政策措施,同时对年轻的创业者、特别是大学生创业,给以必要的理性化指导。

Thinking of everybody doing business

Currently,"start an undertaking" with the fact that the whole nation from the leadership to the masses focuses,it appeals for "all of people start an undertaking" everywhere numerously and confusedly.However,there is still a series of problem in connection with the theory and practice about "all of people start an undertaking ".The main body of article combining economics with Principles of Management,carry out more deep thinking to " all of people start an undertaking " in both Microcosmic and Macroscopic views.It shows that:It's unrealistic to talk about "all of people start an undertaking" without entrepreneurial atmosphere in China;From the individual view," All of people start an undertaking " does not mean anyone is fit to start an undertaking at anytime.Therefore,we are obliged to study the formation of entrepreneurial atmosphere and corresponding policies and measures further,as well as to give the reasonable direction to the young entrepreneur including college students of starting an undertaking.
