科技投入对地区收入差距的影响研究

增加科技投入,提高科技对中国经济增长的贡献率,缩小地区收入差距,协调好地区间关系,是中国未来必须同时解决的两大基本任务,但自上世纪90年代以来,这两者却并未呈现出协调发展的趋势,科技投入不仅没有促进地区收入差距的缩小,反而拉大了差距。为了协调科技投入增加和地区收入差距缩小这两者之间的关系,短期内可以通过适度调整科技投入分布加以解决,但长期而言,最根本的出路还在于进一步提高经济较不发达地区科技投入的回报率。

Technology Devotion to the Influence Research of the Region Income Margin

To increase investment in science and technology,improve China's economic growth rate for science and technology,narrow regional disparities,coordinate inner-regional relations are two basic tasks to resolve at the same time in the future in China.But since 1990s,the two did not show the trend of coordinated development.Investment in science and technology not only did not narrow regional disparities,but widen these disparities.To coordinate the relation between increase of investment on science and technology and reduction of regional disparities,in short time,it can be resolved through adjusting appropriately the distribution of science and technology input.But in a long run,the most fundamental way out is to improve the rate of return of science and technology input in developing regions.
