国际货币体系错配与人民币国际化框架的创构

20世纪80年代以来，国际生产体系和货币体系错配造成东亚包括中国在内的各国金融动荡。在中国，这表现为承担着美元外汇占款带来的巨大成本，使得受美国次贷危机的影响日益加深。对此，必须加快人民币国际化框架的建构，采取诸如改革国内金融市场、分“三步走”推动人民币国际化、积极投放人民币计价和结算的产品等措施，逐步摆脱美元体系错配带来的负面影响。

In China, it is illustrated that the enormous cost is brought by for the commitment to foreign exchange denominated with U. S. dollars, which has deepened the impact of American sub - prime mortgage crisis. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up creating internationalization framework of Renminbi yuan, and such measures should be taken as reform of domestic financial markets, promoting the internationalization of the RMB in three steps, and actively input of RMB - denominated products, gradually free from the negative impact of mismatched U.S. dollar systems.
