我国国防特色学科人才培养效果评价体系研究——基于FAHP-BP方法

摘    要:加强国防学科建设作为高校培养新型国防科技人才的一个重要途径,如何科学有效的评估各国防特学学科人才培养效果成为亟待解决的问题.本文的研究构建了国防特色学科人才培养效果评估指标体系,并将模糊层次分析法与BP神经网络相结合的方法应用于国防特色人才培养效果评估.同时以第二批国防特色学科为例,对我国国防特色学科人才培养效果进行评价与分析.实验结果发现:不同高校之间的国防学科建设水平存在差异,且同一高校的不同学科建设之间存在明显不平衡的现象.基于评估结果,本文就国防特色学科发展提出相关建设性意见.

Abstract:One of the ways for colleges to cultivate new national defense talents n is strengthening the development of national defense disciplines. While, how to scientifically and effectively evaluate the talent training effect of national defense disciplines has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper constructs the evaluation system of talent training effect of national defense disciplines, and applies the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and BP neural network to carry out the evaluation process. Taking the second batch of national defense disciplines as an example, this paper evaluates and analyzes the talent training effect of national defense disciplines in China. The experimental results show that there are differences in the development of national defense disciplines among different universities, and there is an obvious imbalance between the disciplines in the same university. Based on the evaluation results, this paper puts forward relevant constructive suggestions on the development of national defense disciplines.
