| 摘 要： | “十一五”期间,深圳宝安工业园区的整合改造关系到其推动产业集群战略和未来的可持续发展。本论文从工业园区与企业积聚、产业集群的特征进行分析,阐述了深圳宝安工业园区整合改造的基本思路,并提出工业园区整合企业资源、提高土地集约、结合深圳城中村改造、对工业园区进行分类整合改造等基本对策。

| Abstract: | During the eleventh Five - Years - Planning of China, the industrial areas assembling and reconstruction of Bao An district of Shenzhen concern its continuous development, relate to the impelling action tactic of industry assembling. This thesis analyses the character of industrial areas, the enterprises assembling and the industry assembling, expatiate the viewpoint of industrial areas reconstruction in Bao An, put forward some strategy such as industrial areas assembling the enterprise resource, centralization the land, reconstruction of the village in city, assembling different kind of the industrial areas. |
