| 摘 要： | 利用2007—2010年广东、江苏、山东的规模以上制造业分行业的产值测算其产业结构相似系数,采用数理论证方法研究区域产业结构相似与劳动力短缺的关系。结果显示:区域产业结构相似会导致产业生产规模大于市场最优时的产业生产规模状况,从而导致市场对劳动力要素的需求超过市场最优时的劳动力要素需求,即区域产业结构相似造成劳动力短缺;区域产业结构的动态演变可导致国内生产要素禀赋的状况发生改变,而要素禀赋的动态演变又将促使产业模式发生转变。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the output value data on sectors of manufacturing above scale to calculate the similarity coefficient of industrial structure of main economic regions in China.Then it uses the mathematical method to study the relationship between the similarity of regional industrial structure and labor shortage.The result indicates as follows:the similarity of regional industrial structure will result in a larger industrial production scale than that in optimal market condition,which further leads to the demand for labor factor endowment beyond that in optimal market level,namely the similarity of regional industrial structure results in labor shortage;the dynamic evolution of similarity of regional industrial structure could cause the changing of domestic factor endowment condition,and the latter could also facilitate the transformation of industrial model. |
