广东省水稻产业科技进步贡献率的测算与二次分离

摘    要:基于C-D生产函数模型,测算了2007—2010年广东省水稻产业科技进步贡献率,并利用层次分析法对其进行了二次分离。结果表明:科技进步对广东省水稻总产量增长的贡献率日益提升;良种、病虫害防控技术和栽培技术等是影响广东省水稻产业科技进步的最重要因素;广东省水稻产业的发展仍存在过于依靠物质投入、对市场流通信息和加工技术等不够重视等问题。

Abstract:Based on the C-D production function,this paper calculates the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of rice industry in Guangdong province from 2007 to 2010.Then it analyzes the calculation results through the secondary separation by the AHP method.The result shows as follows:the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to rice industry in Guangdong is increasing;the technique of preventing and controlling disease as well as pest and the cultivation technique are the most important factors of influencing the scientific and technological progress of rice industry in Guangdong;the problems,such as the excessive dependence on material input and the less attention to circulation information in market and process technology still exist in the development of rice industry in Guangdong.
