基于区间数的建筑业低碳竞争力评价

在确定建筑业低碳竞争力评价指标的基础上,构建了在权重信息不完全情况下的基于区间数的建筑业低碳竞争力评价模型,并利用该模型对国家发展与改革委员会指定的低碳试点省份——湖北、广东、陕西、云南四省建筑业的低碳竞争力进行了评价。结果表明:四省中湖北省建筑业的低碳竞争力最强,其次是广东。最后提出提升我国建筑业低碳竞争力的措施。

Evaluation for Low-carbon Competitiveness of Construction Industry Based on Interval Number

This paper constructs the evaluation index system for low-carbon competitiveness of construction industry.And it builds the evaluation model of low-carbon competitiveness under the condition that weights are unknown and the attribute is interval number,and evaluates the low-carbon competitiveness of construction industries in Hubei,Guangdong,Shanxi and Yunnan.The results show that,in low-carbon economy,the construction industry which is characterized by low carbon emission,low energy consumption and high efficiency is more competitive,and the low-carbon competitiveness of construction industry in Hubei is the strongest.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the low-carbon competitiveness.
