国际市场竞争环境变化与福建企业跨国经营优势增创

摘    要:福建企业如何在跨国经营过程中增创竞争优势的问题正引起广泛的关注。本文从福建企业所面临的国际竞争环境入手,分析国际市场竞争环境演变发展的趋向,提出福建企业应当认识到跨国经营的战略意义,转变传统的跨国经营观念,通过竞争策略、经营方式、投资模式和地区布局等多个层面的创新,营造福建企业跨国经营的新优势。

Abstract:It is capturing more and more attentions on the issue of how to create new competitive advantages in the multinational operation for Fujian enterprises. Based on the current international competitive environment faced by Fujian enterprises, this paper provides an analysis on the trends of competitive environments in the international markets, and proposes that Fujian enterprises should recognize the strategic importance of multinational operation, change their viewpoints of multinational operation management, and create new competitive advantages for their multinational operation by the innovation in competitive strategy, operating mode, investment model and geographic distribution.
