On the Construction of Administration Efficacy with Harmonious Concept in University |

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of harmonious concept,the harmonious administration and its efficacy are unitary.We should continuously promote the administration efficacy in university by means of the value-orientation of harmonious administration,the purpose of improving its efficacy,laying the foundation of harmonious administration structure,guaranteeing the mechanism of responsibility,right and benefit,evaluating performance and manager-oriented etc. |
