| 摘 要： | 新型农村基本养老保险制度与城镇职工基本养老保险制度的转移接续,是解决制度碎片化的需要,是提高统筹层次的需要,是解决农民工保险待遇公平问题的需要。在阐述两种制度转移接续存在的难点基础上,对如何转移接续提出了具体思路设想。

| Abstract: | The transferring and connecting of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and new rural endowment insurance system are required to solve the problems in the system.It is also the need for improving the level of its management,and solving the problems of unfair treatment to the migrant workers.Based on the analysis of the difficulties of transfer and connecting.This study puts forward the ideas of how to transfer and connect the two systems. |
