约束理论是一种先进的管理思想,它可以用于指导系统价值链的优化,从而达到全面提高系统综合能力的目的。分析了装备物流系统的构成,运用约束理论的DBR方法对装备物流系统的运行进行优化设计;以多样化军事任务需求为背景,从适时引入地方物流力量、建立国民经济动员机制和构建军民一体化物流信息资源平台三个方面探讨了装备物流系统建设的关键技术,为降低物流成本、提高物流效益提供了一个参考。

Equipment Logistics System Research Based on Theory of Constraints

Theory of constraints is an advanced management methodology,which can be used to guide optimization of system value chain to achieve the overall objective of improving system integration capacities.The paper analyzes the composition of equipment logistics system,optimizes and designs the operation of equipment logistics system by using DBR,discusses the key technologies about construction of equipment logistics system from three aspects of the timely introduction of the local logistics forces,establishing mechanism of economic mobilization and building the military and civilians logistics information resources platform on the condition of diversified military tasks.This provides a reference for reducing logistics costs and improving logistics efficiency.
