基于电子商务的黑龙江省粮食物流研究

十七届五中全会提出今后5年经济社会发展的主要目标包括城乡居民收入普遍较快增加。而为了使农民收入较快增加还应立足于提高农业竞争力。实践证明,将现代物流与农业结合,通过利用现代物流理念及技术,加强对农业产前、产中和产后的管理,能够达到提高农业竞争力、繁荣农村经济、增加农民收入的目的。发展现代农业物流,是现阶段我国建设社会主义新农村的一个有效途径。

The Research on Grain Logistics of Heilongjiang Based on Electronic Commerce
